We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant for a 6–12-month contract (with possible extension) to support payroll compliance, configuration, and process optimization in a remote EMEA setting.
Duration : 6-12 months + extension
Location : remote in EMEA
Must-Haves :
- Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for France, including local laws and regulations / scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration.
- Experience with weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and system dependencies.
- Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.
- Strong business-facing skills and ability to work closely with internal customers and external vendors.

Knowledge & Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll for France
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical understanding and basic configuration skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:
- Organizational management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Local language capabilities
