Une entreprise de renom recherche un Consultant Senior en Paie SAP HCM pour un contrat de 6 à 12 mois. Ce rôle stratégique nécessitera une connaissance approfondie de la conformité de la paie en France, des compétences en gestion de projet, et une solide expérience en configuration. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des équipes internes et des fournisseurs pour assurer une exécution efficace et de haute qualité des processus de paie.

Qualifications

• Compréhension des lois locales de paie pour la France.
• Expérience de configuration pratique au sein de SAP ECC et Payroll.
• Capacité à travailler avec des clients internes et des fournisseurs externes.

Description du poste

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM French Payroll Consultant for a 6–12-month contract (with possible extension) to support payroll compliance, configuration, and process optimization in a remote EMEA setting.

Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Location: remote in EMEA

Must-Haves:

Strong understanding of local payroll compliance for the French - local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies.

Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll.

Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.
