Job Description: SAP FICO Lead at Accenture

We are hiring an experienced SAP FICO Lead with extensive knowledge in SAP, particularly in areas such as Group Reporting, Joint Venture Accounting, Global Tax, Treasury, Consolidation, or Product Costing. You will join our European SAP specialist teams, supporting strategic clients on large-scale implementation projects across Europe.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing solutions to solve client business problems, leveraging the latest SAP and Accenture cloud solutions to enable digital transformation.
• Providing solutions for complex business issues within your responsibility areas.
• Managing relationships with clients and third parties.
• Overseeing project activities under your supervision.
• Leading and reviewing team solutions, suggesting improvements.
• Collaborating proactively with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Driving and supporting RFPs for opportunities across Europe.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing SAP FICO modules in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Professional experience in Group Reporting or Joint Venture Accounting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing consulting.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client and Accenture sites.
