Une entreprise de conseil en gestion recherche un FICO Design Authority pour transformer et innover les processus financiers. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience et des compétences solides en SAP FICO, avec la capacité de collaborer avec les parties prenantes et de concevoir des solutions adaptées aux besoins d'affaires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Compétences excellentes en communication en français et en anglais.
• Expérience avec les propriétaires de processus d'affaires/CFO.

Responsabilités

• Collecte et cadrage des exigences commerciales pour concevoir des solutions.
• Supervision et coordination de la mise en œuvre de solutions E2E.
• Conseiller le client sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités FICO.

About the role:

• You will play the role of FICO Design Authority, Collect, Frame & scope new Finance business requirements at a sufficient level to design the corresponding solution with a combination of SAP & non-SAP applications.
• Suggest different solutions with pros & cons at a comprehensive manner for business stakeholders to make final choice.
• Build, supervise, coordinate E2E solution implementation plan, Support client on adoption of new FICO features not yet implemented or becoming mandatory like country legal new requirements.
• Advice client and/or suggest proactively FICO enhancements who can resolve current business pain points.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience needed.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Experience on working with business process owners/CFO to design & implement end to end FICO SAP processes.
• SAP FICO senior Consultant in SAP ECC – S4 HANA experience is not mandatory but nice to have.
• Knowledge on FICO process for Manufacturing industry.
• IT consultancy background role in automotive sector is nice to have.
