Job Description :

As an SAP FI / CO Consultant, you will implement ECC6 and/or S/4HANA functionalities to meet client needs. If the project is primarily based on ECC, your role will include supporting the transition to S/4HANA in the medium to long term.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of solutions for clients.
• Driving the technology pipeline by gathering requirements through workshops, collaborating with clients, and defining problems and business needs.
• Contributing to strategic planning, designing, and delivering SAP FI / CO ECC and/or S/4HANA solutions in partnership with other teams.
• Understanding client business processes to offer tailored solutions.
• Participating actively in all project phases and monitoring implementation progress.
• Applying expertise in SAP flows and processes.
• Acting as the main contact for stakeholders and adapting to various constraints.
• Managing client and team relationships, including offshore teams.
• Staying informed about SAP technical advances and proposing relevant solutions.
• Participating in testing and quality assurance activities.
• Reporting to the Project Manager and supervising team members.
• Contributing to tender responses and client presentations in English.
• Supporting the development of the SAP France Practice through mentoring and recruitment.

Your profile :

• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with involvement in multiple SAP FI / CO implementations.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules and their integration.
• Ability to lead workshops and define SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Experience deploying SAP core solutions and designing organizational structures in SAP.
• Industry knowledge in sectors such as Retail, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Energy/Utilities, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Fluent in French and English (B2 level or higher), both oral and written.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, science, business, or related fields from an accredited institution.
