Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an SAP DRC Consultant to support and manage the integration of SAP with Peppol E-Invoicing software. . We are looking for passionate and proactive people who can make a difference and add value to an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of SAP DRC with Peppol E-Invoicing software, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Configure and customize SAP DRC to support Peppol e-invoicing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless implementation and operation.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the integration processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the integrated solution, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with SAP, specifically in the areas of Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Proven experience with e-invoicing solutions, particularly Peppol.
• Strong understanding of Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and related standards.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs.
• Proficient in SAP configuration and customization, particularly within the FI (Financial Accounting) and MM (Materials Management) modules.

Contract details:

• Start date: June 2025 - Flexible
• Duration of contract: 12 months + possible extension
• Location: Paris - hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
