Vous serez chargé de diriger des projets critiques de migration vers SAP S/4HANA, tout en soutenant le développement professionnel de votre équipe. Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement SAP.
• Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe.
• Commandes des méthodologies Agile.

Responsabilités

• Diriger et superviser une équipe de développeurs ABAP, BTP et FIORI.
• Élaborer la feuille de route de formation de l'équipe.
• Définir des solutions techniques.

SAP Development Team Lead - French speaking (B1 level) - France (Choose from Multiple Office Locations or work 100% Remote). Permanent Job. Salary: Competitive Base Salary plus Benefits.

Our client, an SAP Partner, is looking for an SAP Development / Technical Team Lead to play an active role in strategic projects involving the implementation and conversion of SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA assisting and supporting the technical teams in their tasks, providing appropriate expertise where necessary with a focus on operational and technical responsibilities.

Our client is a forward thinking SAP Partner of several decades who promotes continuous learning, training and SAP certification for their people all around France, giving them high levels of autonomy. Their client portfolio includes on the way to 200 leading French SAP end clients covering Banking, Insurance, Retail, Wholesale, Engineering, Lifesciences, Construction, Aerospace and many others.

They are looking to make significant investments into the growing their footprint both within their existing portfolio and through new client acquisition and for this they are looking to expand their SAP Development team.

Requirements

* You have at least 5 years' experience in SAP development

* Proven experience with team management

* You have a good command of Agile methodologies

* Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and Clean Core concepts

* B1 level French

Responsibilities

* Leading, motivating and operationally supervising a team of ABAP, BTP and FIORI developers

* Drawing up the training roadmap for your team

* Planning and managing the staffing of the team on technical subjects

* Promote the Clean Core approach

* SAP documentation, new releases, technical documentation
