Darwin Recruitment is seeking an SAP CS Consultant for a 6-month freelance engagement in Toulouse, France, with remote work and occasional travel to Toulouse and Hamburg. The project centers on an SAP S/4HANA transformation, delivering Customer Service solutions aligned with Clean Core principles and supporting Activate Prepare and Explore phases.

The role requires expert SAP S/4HANA CS experience, workshop facilitation, delta requirements analysis, and the ability to design fit-for-purpose CS

Qualifications

• Expert-level SAP S/4HANA Customer Service experience.
• Experience preparing and facilitating SAP Activate Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Experience delta requirements analysis and solution fit/gap assessments.
• Ability to design CS solutions in line with Clean Core principles.
• Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Fluent English; French or German preferred.
• Strong teamwork in an international environment.
• Available to start October 2026.

Project focus

Our client, an aerospace organisation, is running an SAP S/4HANA transformation programme and is looking for an SAP CS Consultant to support the Activate Prepare and Explore phases: preparing and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops, managing delta requirements analysis, and designing Customer Service (CS) solutions aligned with Clean Core principles.

Key skills and Experience required

• Expert-level SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) experience
• Proven experience preparing and facilitating SAP Activate Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Experience managing delta requirements analysis and Solution Fit/Gap assessments
• Ability to design solutions in line with Clean Core principles
• Knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
• Fluent English, plus French or German
• Strong teamwork skills in an international environment
• Available to start October 2026
