Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you! Are you a passionate SAP Business Consultant? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

What are we looking for? A SAP Business Consultant with strong experience in SAP MM, specifically in Purchasing (PU) and Invoice Verification (IV), to join the Business Solutions North America team. In this role, you will be a key player in optimizing and supporting MM-related processes across the North America region. You will act as the bridge between key business users and the 3rd level support team in Germany, managing incidents and maintaining system stability. You will also be involved in implementing new functionalities and continuous process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Managing and resolving incidents in SAP MM, with a focus on PU and IV.
2. Providing functional-technical support with the ability to dive deep into SAP system configuration and troubleshooting.
3. Managing and improving SAP Fiori workflows, enhancing approval processes.
4. Working with interfaces (AIF, EDI820, etc.), as many incidents originate from these integrations.
5. Participating in small, focused projects alongside the main stable project.
6. Documenting business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MM, especially PU and IV.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori workflows and the ability to manage and optimize approval flows.
• Strong incident management skills and ability to perform in-depth functional-technical analysis.
• Experience working with interfaces and resolving related issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, including presentations and meeting facilitation.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects autonomously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to interpret technical needs and solve problems effectively.
• Conflict management skills and ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder teams.

Conditions:

Languages: FULLREMOTE (Flexible to travel to Madrid occasionally)

Schedule (to work with North America Timetable):

• Monday and Thursday from 9:30 to 18:30
• Tuesday and Wednesday from 12:00 to 21:00
• Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 or from 9:30 to 15:30
