Pepco is expanding its Tech Hub in Porto and seeks two SAP Business Analysts to establish data quality assurance and collaborate with IT and business teams on SAP-based data platforms.

You will cover Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory/WM, Transportation, and SAP CAR, translating business needs into technical tasks and validating data flows across systems. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP functional roles.
• Experience in retail or fashion retail sectors.
• Track record across Buying, Merchandising, Replenishment, Logistics, Forecasting, Promotions or Pricing.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA MM/SD/Retail and SAP CAR.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery models (Scrum/SAFe/PMP).
• Fluent English is mandatory.

About the role

At Pepco, we’re growing fast and building our Tech Hub in Porto to support our business across Europe.

We are looking for two SAP Business Analyststo join the team. In this role, you will establish and maintain data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data used by the enterprise, as well as work across IT and business teams to implement automated data validation, profiling, and quality monitoring as part of the data platform lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in the functional setup and maintenance of SAP Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and/or SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) to support retail operations
• Translate daily business requirements from Merchandising and Supply Chain teams into technical system tasks.
• Monitor data flows between SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, and Analytics platforms to ensure accuracy in forecasting and inventory visibility.
• Execute functional test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression tests for new system releases.
• Create functional documentation and provide training to business users on SAP retail processes and best practices.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a relevant experience in SAP implementations. Additional training in SAP solution architecture, supply chain management, or retail operations is an asset. SAP certifications strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in SAP functional roles, preferably within the retail or Fashion Retail sectors.
• Proven track record in retail, fashion or FMCG operations across Buying, Merchandising, Replenishment, Logistics, Forecasting, Promotions or Pricing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM/SD/Retail) and SAP CAR and exposure to planning tools..
• Demonstrated experience working in complex, high-volume retail supply chains.
• Foundational understanding of core retail processes, including buying / procurement, stock management, store operations and price and promotions management.
• Familiarity with integration platforms, data quality/governance tools, and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, PMP, Prince2, ITIL) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced transformation environment.
• Fluent English (mandatory) – you will work daily with international stakeholders
