Job summary

ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group in Paris seeks a Senior SAP CO Consultant to drive Finance Transformation programs. You will lead CO workstreams, design solutions and ensure successful integration with FI/MM/SD/PP, while engaging senior stakeholders.

The role offers direct exposure to leadership, ownership of key deliverables and the chance to shape the consultancy's transformation capabilities in a boutique, agile setting. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as an SAP CO consultant in a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering multiple SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO processes and S/4HANA Finance.
• Solid understanding of CO-FI integration.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP CO workstreams across transformation and implementation programs.
• Design and deliver SAP CO solutions aligned with finance requirements.
• Coordinate Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
• Drive integration with FI, MM, SD and PP modules.

• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment and support post go-live.

We are working with a growing boutique transformation consultancy looking to hire an experienced Senior SAP CO Consultant to join its expanding team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Controlling (CO) workstreams across transformation and implementation programmes.

• Design and deliver SAP CO solutions aligned with business and finance requirements.

• Work across core controlling processes, including Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.

• Support integration between SAP CO and other modules, particularly FI, MM, SD and PP.

• Lead workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.

• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support activities.

• Work closely with senior finance stakeholders and wider project teams.

• Contribute to the development of the consultancy's SAP Finance and Transformation capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as an SAP CO Consultant within a consulting environment.

• Experience delivering multiple SAP implementation or transformation projects.

• Strong functional knowledge across core SAP CO processes.

• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.

• Good understanding of integration between SAP CO and other SAP modules.

• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

• Ability to take ownership of functional workstreams and mentor more junior consultants.

• Fluent French and English.

Desirable Experience

• SAP CO-PC (Product Costing) and Material Ledger.

• SAP CO-PA / Margin Analysis.

• SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

• Experience within manufacturing, retail or complex supply chain environments.
