Conexus is seeking a Senior SAP CO Consultant to join its Paris-based finance transformation practice. You will lead CO workstreams across transformation programmes, designing solutions that align with business and finance requirements while coordinating with FI, MM, SD and PP modules.

You will drive workshops, gather requirements, mentor junior consultants and ensure successful configuration, testing and post-go-live support. Fluent French and English are required.

• Experience as SAP CO consultant in a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering multiple SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of core SAP CO processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Fluent French and English.

• Work across Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
• Support integration between SAP CO and FI, MM, SD and PP.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support activities.
• Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders and wider project teams.
• Contribute to the development of the consultancy's SAP Finance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Controlling (CO) workstreams across transformation and implementation programmes.
• Design and deliver SAP CO solutions aligned with business and finance requirements.
• Work across core controlling processes, including Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
• Support integration between SAP CO and other modules, particularly FI, MM, SD and PP.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Oversee configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support activities.
• Work closely with senior finance stakeholders and wider project teams.
• Contribute to the development of the consultancy's SAP Finance and Transformation capabilities.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as an SAP CO Consultant within a consulting environment.
• Experience delivering multiple SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge across core SAP CO processes.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP CO and other SAP modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to take ownership of functional workstreams and mentor more junior consultants.
• Fluent French and English

Desirable Experience

• SAP CO-PC (Product Costing) and Material Ledger.
• SAP CO-PA / Margin Analysis.
• SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Experience within manufacturing, retail or complex supply chain environments.
