Job summary

ConexusDX Part of the Recolution Group in Paris seeks an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join its growing SAP practice. You will work hands-on with CO-PC and Product Cost Controlling on client SAP implementations across the full lifecycle.

The role is permanent and based in Paris with a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week onsite. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong client-facing and workshop leadership skills.

The Opportunity

A specialist boutique consulting company is looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to join its growing SAP practice in France. This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on SAP consultant with strong Controlling expertise, including SAP CO-PC / Product Cost Controlling, and proven experience delivering SAP implementation projects. You will work directly with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through hands‑on configuration, testing, cutover and go‑live. The position is based in Paris, with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end SAP CO implementation and transformation projects
• Lead workshops with Finance, Controlling and business stakeholders
• Perform hands-on SAP CO configuration and customising
• Configure and support:
  • Cost Centre Accounting
  • Profit Centre Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • CO-PA / Profitability Analysis
  • CO-PC / Product Cost Controlling
  • Product Cost Planning
  • Standard Costing and cost estimates
  • WIP and variance calculation
• Translate business and controlling requirements into functional SAP solutions
• Support integration between CO, FI, MM and PP
• Produce functional specifications and solution documentation
• Manage functional and integration testing and support UAT
• Support data migration, cutover and go-live activities
• Work closely with other SAP functional and technical teams
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement
• Build strong client relationships within a boutique consulting environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP CO Functional Consultant
• Proven hands-on SAP implementation experience
• Strong hands-on configuration/customising knowledge within SAP CO
• Good experience with SAP CO-PC / Product Cost Controlling
• Experience with Product Costing processes such as Product Cost Planning, cost estimates, costing variants, standard costing, WIP and variance calculation
• Strong understanding of CO integration with FI, MM and PP
• Experience across multiple stages of the SAP implementation lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling business processes
• Ability to lead client workshops and translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Consulting/client-facing project delivery experience
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Ability to work onsite in Paris 3 days per week

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience
• Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Material Ledger / Actual Costing
• CO-PA / Margin Analysis
• Manufacturing or production sector experience
• Complex Product Costing implementation experience
• International SAP programme exposure
