Position Overview

We are seeking a SAP Cloud Application Consultant with expertise in Concur, ARIBA, and SuccessFactors to implement, configure, and optimize cloud-based enterprise solutions for expense management, procurement, and human capital management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Concur for travel and expense management including policy setup, approval workflows, and integration with ERP systems
• Deploy ARIBA solutions for procurement processes including sourcing, contracts, supplier management, and purchase-to-pay workflows
• Implement SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, and Recruiting
• Design integration architectures between cloud applications and on-premises SAP systems
• Manage data migration, user provisioning, and system go-live activities

Configuration & Customization

• Configure business rules, approval matrices, and workflow processes across all three platforms
• Set up master data including vendors, employees, cost centers, and organizational structures
• Customize user interfaces, forms, and reporting templates to meet business requirements
• Implement role-based security, user access controls, and segregation of duties
• Configure mobile applications and self-service capabilities for end users

Integration & Data Management

• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and APIs
• Manage data synchronization between cloud applications and core SAP systems
• Configure real-time and batch data exchange processes
• Implement data validation rules, error handling, and monitoring procedures
• Support financial integration for expense reimbursements and procurement transactions

Support & Optimization

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for production issues
• Conduct system health checks and performance optimization activities
• Manage quarterly updates, feature releases, and system maintenance
• Create user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

6+ years experience implementing and configuring SAP cloud applications

• Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the 3 platforms: Concur (Travel & Expense), ARIBA (Procurement), SuccessFactors (HCM)
• Strong understanding of integration technologies including APIs, web services, and SAP CPI
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform services and cloud architecture principles
• Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques for cloud implementations
• Proficiency in configuration, workflow design, and business rule setup

Business Process Skills

• Deep understanding of expense management, procurement, and HR business processes
• Experience with travel policy configuration, supplier onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and audit controls for cloud applications
• Strong analytical skills for process optimization and requirements gathering

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• SAP certifications in Concur, ARIBA, or SuccessFactors
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud integration and hybrid landscapes
• Background in change management and user training methodologies
• Knowledge of mobile application configuration and user experience design
