Job Description:

SAP BW Developer - 7+ months - Mainly Remote - Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced SAP BW Developer. Your main task is to support the team in data modelling and data extraction with SAP BW on HANA (the environment is SCM focused).

Tasks:

1. SAP BW Development in SCM
2. Data modelling and data extraction in SAP BW on HANA
3. Gather business requirements, design & develop SAP BW Objects with focus in SCM
4. Configuration & optimization of ETL processes in SAP BW
5. Perform unit tests as well as technical deployment
6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data models, and system configurations

Requirements:

1. Strong SAP BW Development experience
2. Experience in data modelling and data extraction in SAP BW on HANA
3. Project experience in SCM environment
4. ABAP development experience
5. Nice to have: Project experience in Azure Cloud & data lake integration
6. Experience with Tableau (nice to have)
7. International project experience

Project details:

1. Start: ASAP (April)
2. Duration: 7 months (+ option to extend)
3. Workload: 5 days per week
4. Location: Mainly remote, onboarding on site in Germany
5. Languages: Fluency in English, German nice to have
