Associate Partner – SAP Digital Transformation (Consulting)

About the Role :
Our client is a global leader in digital business transformation, helping some of the world’s most prominent companies realize value through ERP-enabled change. As part of their expanding Digital Platform practice, they are seeking an Associate Partner to drive growth, lead client engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor in SAP-enabled transformation initiatives.
This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role that blends business development, solutioning, delivery oversight, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP consulting, strong executive presence, and a passion for enabling enterprise-wide digital change.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development and expand key account relationships within targeted industries through SAP-led transformation initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing deep expertise across the SAP ecosystem and helping shape long-term transformation roadmaps.
- Take ownership of consulting revenues and operating margins across assigned accounts, with an annual target of $6M from consulting engagements.
- Oversee delivery execution for SAP solutions, ensuring outcomes meet client expectations for value, time, and cost.
- Lead proposal development and go-to-market initiatives, with a focus on articulating compelling value propositions and competitive differentiators.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including practice leaders, engagement managers, and subject matter experts to ensure cohesive and strategic service delivery.
- Play an active role in talent development, mentoring and coaching team members, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and thought leadership opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
What We’re Looking For :
- A senior consulting professional with experience in account leadership, sales, and delivery within enterprise consulting or services organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in closing complex deals and managing client portfolios.
- Deep expertise in SAP platforms and transformation programs across various industries.
- An established network and presence in relevant industries or ecosystems, with an ability to influence and connect at the executive and board level.
- Inspirational leadership style and an ability to build trust quickly with both clients and internal teams.
- Experience in shaping innovative, forward-thinking solutions tailored to client needs in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a compelling way to a variety of audiences.

Work Modality & Travel :
This role is officially remote, but flexibility is key. While most projects don't require consistent travel, candidates must be open to travel up to 100% if needed. Limiting travel availability will disqualify candidates from consideration.
