Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Account Executive to join our Aerospace and Defense (A&D) team. As an integral part of our sales division, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in the A&D sector, leveraging your deep knowledge of SAP solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales for A&D, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the aerospace and defense industry.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and lead the end-to-end sales process.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor SAP solutions that meet client-specific needs.
  4. Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our SAP offerings.
  5. Negotiate contract terms and close deals that achieve both customer satisfaction and company revenue targets.
  6. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
  7. Report on sales activities and forecast future sales and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
  2. Proven track record of success in the aerospace and defense industry.
  3. Native proficiency in French.
  4. Strong understanding of SAP products and how they can be leveraged in A&D.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
Education:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications in SAP or sales management preferred.
