The department / team

You will join the Corporate Functions Global Products department. In its IT for Business duty, our department designs, delivers, and operates end-user global applications in the domain of Corporate & Support Functions, organized into 24 products within 6 lines of products (Finance, Investment, Procurement, Risk Management, HR/Communication, Compliance), most sponsored by Group Corporate departments.

Our department relies on a high-performing team of 200 experts (mainly in France and Portugal, with offshored managed services), committed to creating and protecting value at Group & Entity levels.

Our main mission is to be the preferred partner of AXA Business families in Corporate Functions, ensuring excellence and consistency across our products by:

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HERMES Proxy Product Owner to join our Corporate Functions Global Products department. This role is essential for the successful implementation of the new finance Global Product HERMES on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public. You will be the key point of contact for your scope of entities, ensuring the product's usability, competitiveness, evolution, and stability.

Main missions

The main missions of the HERMES Proxy Product Owner are:

Product Roadmap: support the Product Owner by providing valuable inputs to:

Evolve and communicate the vision of the product and high-level roadmap linked with the S/4HANA Cloud Public product vision and customer requirements.

Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog considering incidents, small changes, and enhancement projects.

Identify (or recruit if needed) resources and assign responsibilities.

Monitor costs, evaluate workload, and anticipate project and BAU costs.

Manage the budget in collaboration with the PMO for your scope.

Governance

Facilitate and manage governance instances.

Provide inputs to the Product Owner to arbitrate priorities with the customer context, aligned with the S/4HANA Cloud Public product roadmap.

• Realize performance reporting for the Product Manager and Product Owner.

Receive enhancement requests for scoping and costing.

Provide project opportunities (pre-studies), high-level costs, and plans.

Monitor project managers within your scope.

Serve as the main contact for audits, security, and compliance topics.

Client relationship

Guarantee the quality of service and continuous improvement of the product to the customer.

Act as the first escalation point for Business Process Owners within your scope.
