Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions across various business units.

  1. Provide technical guidance and oversight for Salesforce solutions. Lead technical workshops and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions using best practices (declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs). Ensure solutions are secure and scalable.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve system-related problems.
  4. Lead, mentor, and support a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
  5. Act as a release manager for cross-functional Salesforce implementations, identifying potential risks and dependencies associated with releases.
  6. Manage integrations with external systems using tools like MuleSoft. Oversee data migration processes to ensure seamless data transition.
  7. Articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.

  1. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, Apex programming, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  2. Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with integration tools like MuleSoft.
  3. Familiarity with Salesforce security models.
  4. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are preferred.
  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams.
  6. Excellent time management skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
