Jobtailor in France seeks a senior Salesforce Architect to design and guide complex Salesforce architectures across luxury, retail, hospitality, and financial services sectors. You will partner with architects, tech leads, and client teams to craft scalable, secure solutions that align with Salesforce standards.

You will drive data integration, governance, and performance while exploring AI service integration and advanced APIs, ensuring seamless delivery across programs.

• Advise enterprise clients on the design and evolution of their Salesforce platforms
• Work on Salesforce transformation projects across the Luxury & Retail, Hospitality, and Financial Services sectors
• Define Salesforce Core architectures from scoping and design through implementation
• Collaborate with architects, Tech Leads, development teams, and client stakeholders
• Design robust, scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce standards
• Challenge and validate technical decisions
• Support Tech Leads and development teams during implementation
• Define Salesforce/IT systems integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and external systems
• Ensure performance, security, governance, and quality
• Incorporate new use cases related to generative AI and Salesforce agents
• Conduct architecture reviews and resolve complex technical challenges

Requirements

• Significant experience designing complex Salesforce architectures
• Strong command of Salesforce Core architecture
• Strong expertise in data, security, integration, performance, and governance considerations
• Strong command of Salesforce platform development mechanisms
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and client stakeholders
• Ability to challenge requirements and translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions
• Initial experience with Agentforce, Claude Force, LLMs, or architectures integrating AI services is highly desirable
• Fluent English
