Qualifications

  • 2–10 years of sales experience, ideally in B2C with US clients.
  • Min 1 year experience in coaching or managing others.

Description du poste

AsSales Team Lead, you’ll be both asales operatorand ateam builder. Your goal : recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs (10 interns), while actively contributing to revenue yourself.

You’ll help build the future of our outbound sales engine — fast, focused, and with impact.

What You’ll Do1.Recruit & Build Your Team

  • Source and hire top-performing sales interns or juniors
  • Set up a scalable onboarding & training plan
  • Ramp your team to quota within few days

2.Lead by Example

  • Close deals yourself (~50% of your time)
  • Shadow calls, review CRM data (Hubspot), and give real-time coaching
  • Set the culture : discipline, feedback, learning

3.Drive Performance

  • Monitor daily KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
  • Run 1 : 1’s and weekly team standups
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements quickly

4.Adapt to Your Market

  • drive energy, momentum, and fast outbound velocity

Preferred experience

  • 2–10 years of sales experience with US clients (SDR / AE, ideally B2C)
  • Working in in US timezone (3-11pm) or US based
  • Min 1 year experience in coaching, managing, or leading others
  • Strong knowledge of US-culture
  • Strong communicator, motivator, and operator, you like to get your hands dirty
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive with Hubspot or similar CRM experience
  • Experience in hiring or building sales teams
  • Experience in fast-growing startups
  • Passion for coaching and building people up
