Being part of our sales team requires skills like relationship building, consulting, strategic thinking, and creating a robust sales pipeline. Job Description
  • Handle overall responsibility for managing the sales team, achieving growth, and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Understand clients’ industries, current state, and positioning to match their needs with client-centric solutions using our products. Help clients move towards omnichannel personalization & digital growth.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts, staying aware of new products and competitors.
  • Nurture current and prospective clients with industry insights and news to foster success.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to approach and close key customers.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Support sales associates in lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to enhance our offerings.
  • Manage the country’s sales pipeline to forecast and realize revenue, meeting targets and reporting to management.
What we expect from you?
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Experience in travel, eCommerce, or retail industries is a plus!
  • At least 7 years of proven enterprise sales experience in SaaS, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience leading sales and business development teams.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French, in writing and speaking.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
  • Extensive experience with Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, positive phone skills, and attentive listening.
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, always seeking solutions to improve client relationships.
  • Commitment to care — ensuring clients feel at home with our products and support.
  • Superior project and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up strategies.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment with high emotional intelligence.
