The A&T BU Sales profitability systems manager is in charge i. maintaining Sales force while ensuring further adoption from users through new developments and ii. leading the replacement of Atlas project (currently supported by SAP BI) for a new application (actuals & forecast) under the supervision of the BU Sales Controlling and Digital manager.
Key accountabilities
- Sales profitability tool replacement Project (Atlas).
- Project : seize the opportunity of the upcoming SAP BI obsolescence to simplify future system set-up, make it more practical and sustainable in time, while addressing business needs.
- Collect business needs and collaborate with IT corp. to define and validate future design.
- Develop accordingly, maintain and execute roadmap (including data flow mapping).
- Preselect potential providers and organize demos until final selection (applications and providers), while considering budget restrictions and leveraging current IT landscape (eg. Sales Force, Microsoft Azure).
- Manage IT service providers : monitor their performance using key indicators, track costs, and prioritize requests based on the defined budget.
- Use project management methodology (eg roadmap, Gantt charts, actions trackers), with a structured involvement of all partners (business and IT, internal and external).
- Implement and lead steering committee to ensure constant alignment between the BU strategic vision, business needs and IT environment considering systems capabilities, limitations and existing solutions.
- CRM tool (Sales Force) : adoption and further leverage (stability and then expansion).
- Act as primary point of contact of the users’ community : gathering user needs, leading workshops, prioritizing and addressing problems.
- Animate and ensure regular training of the users’ community.
- Manage IT service providers : monitor their performance using key indicators, track costs, and prioritize requests based on the defined budget.
- Manage major developments using project management methodology (eg roadmap, Gantt charts, actions trackers), with a structured involvement of all partners (business and IT, internal and external).
- Ensure data integrity and quality through robust controls implementation.
- Ensure comprehensiveness and up to date system specification and user guide documentations.
- In charge of the access rights management while ensuring compliance with GDPR or any other data restriction requirements.
- Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities for further value creation and system adoption.
- Implement and lead steering committee to ensure constant alignment between the BU strategic vision, business needs and IT environment considering systems capabilities, limitations and existing solutions.
Leadership competencies, technical skills requirement
- Proven successful project management experience, ideally of a CRM system implementation.
- Experience in sales and industrial controlling is a must.
- Proficiency in business intelligence systems with appetite for digitalization / automation tools. Good experience with SAP. Good practice of Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good ability to understand business levers in an industrial context with intra-BU flows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to think creatively and drive successful change management initiatives.
- High level of autonomy, reliability, transparency and accountability. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure.
- Language fluency in English and French.
- Travel up to 20%.
