Quirch Foods is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate to engage customers, manage orders, and support account executives. You will coordinate travel, meetings, and events while maintaining accurate records and delivering reports to the sales team.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, solid communication, and a willingness to travel 10–30%. A high school diploma is required, with a marketing-related degree seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
• Ability to travel 10–30% as needed.

Responsabilités

• Improves customer service experience, engages customers and facilitates organic growth.
• Keeps accurate records and documents customer service actions and discussions.
• Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Assist Account Executive with account management.
• Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
• Resolves promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Contacts customers directly when necessary.
• Assists customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Collaborates with internal departments for order coordination and delivery.
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Staring hourly rate of $23.00 -$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
