Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de service client et aiderez à gérer les comptes clients. Qualifications

  • Expérience de service client d'un minimum de 2 ans.
  • Connaissance des systèmes ERP et expérience avec SAP souhaitées.

Ecolab, Purolite Resins, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator at our office in Paris!

We manufacture products which help our customers around the globe, mainly in pharmaceutical and life science sectors, with technology which are critical to safe manufacture of their products. It’s an exciting business which helps make the world cleaner, safer and healthier.

We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator who will work within the customer service & sales support team and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the customer accounts in the Paris office supporting across France & Belgium.

Based in the Paris downtown office - 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH after initial training.

What you’ll do :

  • Customer Service duties such as : managing delivery times & lead times in coordination with the planning team and the plants, order processing onto the internal system, stocklevel control, support the sales team with ordering materials, follow up of orders with logistic suppliers, freight company and shipping
  • Sales support to technical sales team on field such as preparation of commercial offer through our CRM with support from technical sales team, request lead-time to the plant and planning teams, etc.
  • Arranging sample to the leads & customers on the technical sales team request
  • Maintain key relationships with customers and internal departments (Planning, Production, Finance, Quality) to build knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, database consolidation and other projects as requested
  • Complaints management in the first stage, with support from the technical teams if required
  • Provide back-up support to other members of the administrative team in the region

What you'll need :

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Customer Service Experience of 2 years minimum (Order Processing & Sales Support) where you have directly interfaced with customers
  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity
  • Fluent french language skills essential
  • Knowledge of an ERP system
  • SAP system experience beneficial

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in a sales organization
  • SAP system experience beneficial
  • Spanish language is an advantage but not essential
  • Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
