A global leader in taste and scent is seeking a Business Development Support professional in Neuilly-sur-Seine. The role requires project management support for the commercial team, ensuring timely shipment of products, maintaining accurate price lists, and managing customer interactions. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the fragrance industry is a plus, along with strong proficiency in English.

• Facilitate business development with project management support.
• Ensure timely shipment of oils and samples to Creative Centers.
• Maintain price lists and ensure accurate pricing in SAP.

Job Summary

Facilitating the commercial team's Business Development efforts by providing Project Management support across IFF's different Creative Centers.

Supporting the regional commercial team to manage existing business through:

• Back-office tasks
• Facilitating information sharing within IFF

Business Development

• Samples shipment: Ensure timely and accurate shipment of oils and applied samples to IFF's other Creative Centers.

Project Management

• Ensure project timelines are respected.
• Track and update IFF internal tools with key actions.
• Ensure submission packages are completed properly.
• Support Account Managers in promoting IFF fragrances during submissions.

Existing Business Sales Administration

Support manufacturing troubleshooting and new fragrance introductions, including:

• Maintaining price lists
• Updating Source requests (Customer system)
• Keeping internal price lists current and accurate in Excel
• Ensuring SAP maintains accurate price information, including price increases
• Updating transport costs to major destinations regularly
• Acting as the primary contact for Tilburg customer service and relaying contacts for customers

Other Sales Support

Support colleagues during holidays or sick leave.

Required Skills
