WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager for an Executive - Permanent contract to join our growing team. This role involves managing inbound sales, drawing up price quotations, communicating technical information to customers and maintaining strong relationships with some key accounts in the rail industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both inside sales and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to incoming requests from our customers and prospects, providing technical information and drawing up quotations
  • Follow up on quotations that have not been converted into orders
  • Drawing up an interlocking diagram
  • Responding to customers in the event of interlocking problems
  • Analysis of specifications and proposal of solutions taking into account railway safety standards
  • Serve as the primary contact for some key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and provide advice and support to agents / distributors
  • Report to Sales Management on sedentary sales activity
  • Framework contract management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software
  • Occasionally visit customers
  • Taking part in trade fairs

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum bac+2 level
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in commercial negotiation - making offers
  • Technical knowledge - Low and high voltage electrical knowledge
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams and familiarity with equipment and / or industrial maintenance.
  • Understanding of rail safety regulations, equipment, or technology
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to analyse and summarise
  • Team spirit
