Ce rôle clé consiste à développer des opportunités commerciales, à établir des relations solides avec des clients et à analyser les tendances du marché pour maximiser les performances de vente. Qualifications

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en vente, de préférence dans l'industrie automobile.
  • Compréhension solide des processus de vente B2B et B2C.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Business Development

Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve Denza’s sales targets in France.

Identify potential customers, develop new business opportunities, and expand the Denza brand presence in sales markets.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and dealership networks.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance the premium customer experience.

Ensure a high level of customer service and follow-up to build long-term client loyalty.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Provide regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations to the Sales Director.

Stay up-to-date with electric vehicle (EV) industry trends and government regulations impacting the market.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, after-sales and other teams to ensure sales strategies align with brand positioning and customer expectations.

Collaborate with international sales teams to leverage best practices and drive Denza’s success in France.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry (premium or electric vehicles is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for electric mobility and innovation in the automotive industry.
