Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Execution & Business Development
  2. Implement and execute sales strategies to meet targets in France.
  3. Identify potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and enhance brand presence.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and dealerships.
  2. Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to deliver a premium experience.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to foster loyalty.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  5. Report sales insights and strategies regularly to the Sales Director.
  6. Stay informed about EV industry trends and relevant regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Coordinate with marketing, product, and after-sales teams to align strategies.
  2. Work with international teams to share best practices and drive success in France.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector, with a focus on premium or electric vehicles.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with analytical and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Passion for electric mobility and automotive innovation.
