Your role and responsibilities
As an OEM Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of your sector by developing a strong client portfolio and implementing ambitious sales strategies. You will be a true growth driver with a results-oriented approach, while maintaining lasting relationships with your clients and prospects. Your main responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Manage and develop a client portfolio in your geographic area, create personalized sales action plans, and use CRM to track performance and opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Define and implement the sales strategy for France in your sector. Analyze the market, provide sales forecasts, and monitor trends to optimize opportunities.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact for clients and prospects. Identify their needs and propose project solutions tailored to their expectations, in collaboration with technical teams.
- Product Launches: Participate in the launch of new products in your territory and promote them to your clients.
- Flow Optimization: Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and customer satisfaction by taking corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum Bac+2 education, ideally with a dual competence in commerce and technical fields (electromechanics, mechatronics, electronics, etc.).
- Proven experience in a similar position in the industrial or technical sector.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
