As a true administrative and commercial pivot, you will work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, customer service, accounting…) and clients, focusing on the laboratory and imaging (ultrasound, radiology) aspects.

Your responsibilities include:

Daily interface with sales representatives in your sector: document transmission, management and tracking of files, follow-ups, coordination of field information and inter-departmental communication.

Administrative management of sales: issuing purchase orders, managing stocks and contracts, invoicing, and tracking payments in connection with the accounting department.

Updating databases (ERP, CRM Salesforce) to ensure the reliability of commercial information.

Telephone reception and customer inquiries: providing clear, quick, and professional responses to incoming requests.

Participation in cross-functional projects or specific missions, related to the evolution and needs of the company.

Skills and Aptitudes

Graduate administrative management, commercial management, or equivalent, you have a successful experience in an order management or sales role, ideally in an international company.

You are comfortable in a technical environment. Experience in the medical or scientific sector would be a plus.

You are proficient with common computer tools (Office suite, ERP, CRM…) and comfortable in an evolving digital environment.

You are recognized for your rigor, your team spirit, and your customer service orientation. You know how to manage priorities.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and good adaptability and responsiveness. Your ability to propose solutions and situational intelligence will be greatly appreciated.

Proficiency in English is required (documents, almost daily exchanges with foreign contacts).
