This is what your NEW job and responsibilities look like :

In your new role as a Sales Representative, you'll take charge of planning and executing strategies to help Fieldpiece drive sales, grow market share, and expand branch coverage in France. You will travel to distributors and end users, build new and elevate existing relationships, collaborate with our commercial team, and participate in business and trade events. If you’re passionate about growing a business and building strong relationships, this position is an excellent opportunity for you!

As part of the EMEA team as Sales Representative France, you will work closely together with the commercial team. To get to know your new direct coworkers better, take a look at the Fieldpiece team on our website.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the hand tooling or technical equipment sector;
  • Strong technical affinity and a willingness to learn about our products;
  • Background or familiarity with the HVACR industry is a strong plus;
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach;
  • Ready to travel about 80% of the workweek;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence;
  • Good French and English communication skills.
