Main duties and responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and managing customer relations
Daily contact with customers in Italy
Strong focus on customer acquisition
Supported by a dedicated back office staff
Responsible for communication between the production plant and customers
Negotiating and concluding sales contracts
Claim management
Customer payment performance
CRM administration
Reporting to direct superior and company management
Visiting customers according to a predefined trip plan
Requirements
Finished university/college studies
2-3 years experience in sales
Fluent in Italian and conversational English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Extensive travel required (3-4 days travelling abroad, 1-2 days office work in Mohács or Szombathely)
Capability of working independently, high tolerance of stress
Highly self-motivated personality with a can-do attitude
Efficiency at work; problem-solving skills
