No relocation support is offered for this position.About the CompanyOur client is a growing global player in the industrial and low-voltage electrical product sector. While already maintain strong customer relationships in Europe, they are now entering a new phase of expansion with plans to establish a dedicated European sales presence. This role is pivotal to the growth journey on the continent.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Sales Representative Europe, you will lead business development, market expansion, and local customer relationship management efforts across Europe. Your key duties will include:
Marketing & Market Development- Develop and execute the European marketing and communication strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research and intelligence gathering (customers, competitors, products, applications)
- Organise and participate in industry exhibitions, summits, and brand-building activities (including publications)
- Business Development & Customer Growth
- Identify and develop new major customer accounts and drive new project initiatives
- Work closely with R&D to suggest new solutions and follow customer innovation needs
- Establish a feedback loop with clients to support continuous improvement
Sales Operations & Account Management- Handle local client negotiations, quotations, contract reviews, and approvals
- Oversee product delivery, inventory management, and logistics cost optimisation
- Ensure receivables, credit risk, and after-sales service are efficiently managed
Cross-functional Coordination- Act as the bridge between European clients and HQ teams (technical, finance, logistics, etc.)
- Support strategic initiatives, including potential plant investment exploration in Europe
RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a science or engineering discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B industrial product sales (low-voltage, electrical or related sectors)
Experience working with or selling to companies in the energy and power management sector is a strong advantage
Familiarity with industry players and the market is a plus
Language & LocationFluent in English (spoken and written)
Based in Europe (preferably Germany, France, or Italy)
Must be open to frequent business travel across Europe
