Redstone Commodity Search is working with a leading metals producer looking to hire a Sales Representative to join the team in Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Support sales execution and profitability for customer accounts, with a focus on maximizing production assets and margins.
  • Plan annual sales targets and ensure the supply chain team meets them.
  • Manage sales contracts, approvals, and controls, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Build customer relationships, resolve issues, monitor credit risks, negotiate customer contracts, maintain product forecasts, and collaborate with teams.
  • Role reports to the EU foundry sales manager.
Key Qualifications / Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in aluminium or industrial commodities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, risk management, and technical basics.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and able to balance short- and long-term goals.
  • Fluency in English needed, with German fluency being an advantage.
  • Located or willing to relocate to Rotterdam.
