PT. Daewoong Biologics Indonesia (DBI), a subsidiary of Daewoong Group, specializes in the production of stem cell and cosmetic products. DBI is one of the subsidiaries of Daewoong Pharmaceuticals Company Indonesia, focusing on the development of regenerative medicine in Indonesia and worldwide. PT. DBI was established in September 2021, located in Cikarang (the total area of 10,656㎡), an industrial area in Jababeka. PT. DBI aims to focus on its business on stem cells and cosmeceuticals. The mission of PT. DBI is to research, develop, and locally produce stem cell therapies, personalized medicines, cosmetics and more. Our vision is to become the leading stem cell and cosmetics company in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales coverage across Medical channels, GT, and MT outlets, and engage with customers effectively.
  2. Achieve sales targets, including sales value and productivity KPIs.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  4. Conduct product education sessions to inform and engage clients.
  5. Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
  6. Ensure successful product delivery, address complaints, and manage collections seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  2. Positive, active, and self-motivated personality.
  3. Basic proficiency in English communication.
  4. Prior experience in sales of OTC/ETC/Ethical products.
  5. Established connections in the ETC/Ethical market.
  6. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
