Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and Developing Opportunities: Research potential clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored sales strategies to secure projects.
2. Managing Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their requirements, and addressing concerns.
3. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Craft proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to secure projects.
4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with various teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Sales Targets and Revenue: Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
6. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, analyze performance, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
7. Market Adaptability: Be adaptable and responsive to changing market trends and customer demands.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in Building Material projects.
• Understanding of Bali and Jakarta areas.
