Your Role

As a Salesperson at BBS your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with contractors, developers, and individual customers to understand their needs.

Recommending the best building materials and services for their projects.

Guiding customers through the e-commerce platform.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in sales or the construction industry is a plus.

Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and provide tailored solutions for customer needs.

Product Knowledge: Willingness to learn about building materials and services to provide expert advice.

Communication Skills: Strong listening, speaking, and writing skills in English and Indonesian. Must be comfortable in front of a camera, especially for creating engaging content on social media platforms.

Goal-Oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Adaptability: Flexible and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
