Sales / Order Administrator
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric) and/or relevant experience
- Previous call Centre experience advantageous
- Relevant industry experiences advantageous

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)
- Distributing of emails and other work/queries.
- Answering phones in a quick and professional manner.
- Offering prospective customers basic information on the products that are required. (aggregates)
- Taking of orders telephonically.
- Scheduling orders on X3 Sage with the correct information as provided by the customer (product, quantity, delivery address, site contact details)
- Scheduling orders from the sales consultants and emails.
- Creating new customers in X3 Sage
- Pricing of tenders on X3 Sage (priced according to specifications as provided by the bill of quantities).
- Creating pro-forma invoices on X3 Sage for all cash customers to ensure that correct payments are made for the products ordered.
- Loading of tolerance to ensure that orders are placed and can be delivered timeously
- Attend to walk in customers (quote, payment transactions, place order)
- Price customers according to the discount matrix that is allowed.
- Do customer follow- ups on those customers that were quoted
- Ensure that orders are scheduled in an efficient manner to fully utilize the available trucks.
