Description du poste

At Doctolib, the Sales Operations (Sales Ops) team is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team while maintaining high motivation, drive, and passion. The team comprises 10 highly motivated individuals managing organization strategy, data, process tooling, and coaching for our 300 Sales and Consultants.

The Sales Ops team reports directly to the Sales Ops Director, under the guidance of the VP Growth and Strategy of France.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, Sales teams, and top Sales and Marketing leadership in France. Your role will have a pivotal impact on improving sales performance and increasing revenue.

What you'll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Collaborate with other Ops Teams to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Doctolib's business objectives. Prepare monthly business overviews for senior leadership, including COMEX members.
  2. Create actionable insights from complex data sets to support strategic decision-making and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  3. Performance monitoring:
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting models to enhance accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor key KPIs (MRR, CVR, M1, LTV, Churn, Discount) daily, weekly, and monthly to pilot sales performance.
  • Business planning and forecasting: Collaborate with Finance and Sales Directors to build reliable short, mid, and long-term performance forecasts.
  • Dashboarding: Build and maintain sales performance dashboards for Sales teams and French leadership.
  • Data analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Project management: Support strategic projects such as sales organization, discount strategies, sales coaching, and process revamps.

    2. You have 3-4 years of experience in an operations, business analytics, or strategic role (consulting, data/business analyst, ops & analytics).
    3. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enjoying both imagining new solutions and detailed implementation.
    4. You are proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing data daily using tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Google Sheets.
    5. You have basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
    6. You demonstrate proven project management skills and can work effectively with various stakeholders, building trust through great communication and interpersonal skills.
    7. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    8. You are autonomous, ownership-driven, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
    9. You are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
    The interview process
    1. 60-minute interview with the Talent Partner.
    2. 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager, our Sales Business Analytics Lead.
    3. Case study: 1-week preparation and presentation, followed by a 60-minute debrief with the Hiring Manager and Sales Ops Director.
