The New Operations Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our company’s client base and increasing revenue in France, promoting collaboration, and eliminating silos. As a proactive and exemplary leader, the ideal candidate will effectively navigate mainly a B2B environment to drive both business growth and team success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement strategic business development accordingly with the country manager and the sales director plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to identify and qualify opportunities.

Visit key customers with the Sales Director and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Lead the growth and EBITDA of the French office in line with budgetary goals accordingly with the country manager

The role can evolve in time and include the responsibilities below :

Conduct monthly managers' meetings to communicate objectives and set SMART goals

Develop managers to maximize their potential and meet with key suppliers to challenge them.

Play a cross-functional role to strengthen ties between teams and managers.

Prepare and present monthly P&L, stock reports, and outcomes to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in business/ or finance/engineering desired

Demonstrated success in business development and sales.

Mandatory experience in cross-functional management.

Superior negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Native proficiency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Proven experience in developing new business and maintaining client relationships.

Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, presentation, as well as strong conceptual and analytical abilities.

Solution-oriented mindset with the capability to work effectively with senior management.

Willingness to travel up to 40% within France and Europe as required.

Strong leadership qualities to guide a team towards success and growth.
