BACK MARKET recherche un apprenti motivé pour rejoindre son département de succès des vendeurs. Vous participerez à la communication interne, au support après-vente et à l'éducation des vendeurs. Ce stage de 12 à 24 mois, débutant entre juillet et septembre 2025, est une opportunité pour acquérir des compétences précieuses tout en contribuant à l'économie circulaire.

The Seller Success Department's mission at Back Market is to source great products that our customers want, working with thousands of refurbishers selling on our platform. Within the Supply Department, the Cross-Border Sellers Team scales up the circular economy revolution by enabling a stable supply of high-quality refurbished products from APAC countries to European consumers.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  1. Cross-Functional & Internal Communication: Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to coordinate communications between internal teams (quality, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) and the business team.
  2. Seller Communication & Webinars: Lead seller education webinars and develop a Chinese content library.
  3. After Sales Support & Seller Feedback Mastery: Improve sellers' after-sales management, support internal teams to enhance processes, analyze seller feedback, and turn insights into action.
  4. Competitive Analysis: Study competitors' after-sales management flows through online research and maintain communication with Account Managers and the seller community.
  5. Fulfillment Partners: Support logistics performance monitoring and maintain effective communication with fulfillment partners, including managing monthly seller discount schemes, inventory agreements, technical maintenance, and logistics incident escalations.

You’re At The Right Place If:

  • You are looking for a 12 to 24 months apprenticeship starting between July and September 2025.
  • You are proficient in English and Mandarin (professional level in English, native in Mandarin). Additional languages are a bonus!
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership and a positive learning attitude.
  • You have good organization and communication skills, and are comfortable writing structured documents.
  • You are detail-oriented, patient, and driven with a can-do attitude.
  • You are interested in engaging with small to medium-sized businesses and e-commerce.
  • Experience in content creation and live broadcasting is a plus.
  • Interest in fast-growing startups is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, or Tableau is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
