CERBAIR is seeking an intern for a 6-month full-time internship in Montrouge, France. You will provide operational support to the sales team, ensure data reliability in CRM, and improve the efficiency of the sales cycle with administrative, sales, and analytical tasks.

The role emphasizes quality of service, attention to detail, and the potential for progression to a sales account manager position. Modality may be in-person or hybrid depending on internal organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in office software and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Interest in sales support and defense sector welcome.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, format, and follow up on quotes, commercial proposals, and contract appendices.
• Draft responses to calls for tenders.
• Assist the sales department in preparing and managing complex bids.
• Track orders, renewals, and contract deadlines.
• Update customer/prospect information in the CRM.
• Set up an international monitoring system for calls for tenders and calls for projects.
• Structure monitoring and participate in European projects with the sales department.
• Monitoring of European/NATO regulations – Management of grant applications.
• Check the quality and completeness of data in the CRM (pipeline, contacts, history).
• Participate in the production of sales dashboards (Excel, Power BI, CRM).
• Prepare analyses for the sales department (sales volume, conversion rates, forecasts) and conduct market/sector studies.
• Respond to simple administrative requests from customers (documents, certificates, information about offers).
• Coordinate communication between sales, sales administration, finance, and operations teams.
• Contribute to optimization of sales processes (automation).
• Participate in CRM administration (fields, rules, simple workflows).
• Propose improvements including AI building blocks for drafting offers and tenders.
