Qualifications

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement professional to optimize our HubSpot-powered sales engine, equip our team with world-class tools and resources, and deliver data-driven insights that accelerate our path to $100M ARR. You’ll streamline sales processes, create playbooks and training, and ensure every rep is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine scalable sales processes from lead qualification to deal closure.

  • Leverage Dust to build new ways of working and enhance productivity of the Sales team (see dust.tt/home/solutions/sales).

  • Build a library of sales resources—including presentations, product guides, sales decks to help the sales team.

  • Build resources for onboarding and ongoing training of sales reps. Ensure continuous education around tools, processes, and sales best practices to optimize team performance.

  • Improve our sales stack continuously, maintain data quality and automate sales workflows.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to align messaging, campaigns, and product knowledge with sales needs.

  • Analyze sales data and build dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to building and tracking sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years experience in sales operations, consulting, VC

  • Proven project management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

  • Data analysis skills (e.g. Excel/Sheets, SQL)

  • Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML companies

  • Experience building sales playbooks/training

  • Familiarity with modern sales stack (Clay, Lemlist, CommonRoom, etc.)

  • An understanding of the AI landscape, our product, and the problems it solves for our customers

  • Experience building and scaling an outbound motion

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, etc.)

Location

We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, valuing the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
