As part of our strong growth, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager (M/F).
Under the supervision of the Chairman, you:
You have at least 10 years of experience in sales management, in a BtoB environment, within the mechanics industry, ideally with emphasis in surface treatment.
You know how to sell technical and industrial solutions with high value added to your customers while keeping track on ROI.
You have an excellent ability to understand strategic issues of your customers and know how to offer them the right solution.
You know how to identify and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
You know how to federate and manage a sales team.
You have a real strategic vision.
Position based in Sartrouville (Yvelines, France), with business travel in France and Europe.
