• Your job will be to assist the Project Manager with activities around IFA Berlin, where Cleverdis publishes the official show daily, such as:
• Sales & Marketing: Relation with prospects & clients (including leading companies like SAMSUNG, LG, SONY, PANASONIC)
• Contact and follow-up of exhibitor database, presenting publications and communication opportunities (advertisement & editorial), CRM & follow-up on SAP system
• Event logistics: Organisation of travel, detailed planning for the show, trade stand, relations with service providers (e.g., printer, stand builder, deliveries)
• Partnerships with local hotels & restaurants & development of the “Where to go in Berlin” column & website

Requirements:

• Fluent English; Good German and French are a plus
• Business & marketing background (e.g., business studies)
• Independent working, team spirit, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, excellent written & oral communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Office tools
