Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en vente technique dans l'agrobusiness.
  • Connaissances en biopesticides, biostimulants, ou biofertilisants recommandées.
  • Anglais courant et ouverture au voyage.

To accelerate our expansion in France, we’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Sales & Market Developer to lead the growth of our biopesticides portfolio.

Your mission

As Sales & Market Developer, you’ll be responsible for launching, promoting, and expanding the biopesticides business in France. You’ll build the market from the ground up—crafting a local go-to-market strategy and turning it into real, commercial success.

Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement a commercial and channel strategy for biopesticides in the French agricultural and horticultural markets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with growers, advisors, and channel partners to position BioWorks as a trusted solution provider.
  • Present and promote our biosolutions portfolio to prospects and clients, with a focus on value selling and sustainable impact.
  • Represent BioWorks at trade shows, field events, and networking forums to raise visibility and generate leads.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements in collaboration with the European Sales Lead.
  • Provide insights to the Technical and R&D teams based on customer needs and market feedback
  • Track performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • You’ll report directly to the Sales Lead, BioWorks Europe, and work closely with our technical and marketing teams.

Who are we looking for

  • You have a degree in Agro- or Biotechnology, Bio-Engineering Sciences, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in technical sales within agribusiness; knowledge of biopesticides, biostimulants, or biofertilizers is a strong plus.
  • You’re a skilled relationship builder, with excellent commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You’re fluent in English.
  • You’re based in France and open to travel within the territory.
