Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and maintain customer relationships within target market segments.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and establish partnerships to achieve significant business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and deals.
  • Onboard anchor customers with disruptive commercial and business models.
  • Present in-depth technical knowledge of our propositions and roadmap, particularly around Utilities.

2. Areas of Responsibility, Objectives, and Duties:

  • Define market strategies and goals for each product and service, aligned with the strategies, goals, and objectives of assigned accounts.
  • Meet and exceed booking, margin, and revenue targets.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting, integrating these efforts with organizational processes.
  • Establish and execute sales strategies to drive growth in targeted vertical markets.
  • Develop new value propositions, use cases, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify decision makers within potential client organizations and adopt innovative prospecting and acquisition approaches with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Evaluate and recommend product and service enhancements to increase value for customers.
  • Manage business proposals, deliver presentations at all organizational levels, lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making processes, overcome objections, and close sales professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and relevant regulations.
  • Utilize and maintain the CRM database regularly, ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong hunting mindset.
Job Requirements

Qualification and Education:

  • 5+ years of experience in System Integration within IoT/Telco/Networking, preferably in the Defense Market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of expanding sales within Utilities environments and achieving YoY growth.
  • Established relationships within the Utilities sector across Europe.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement processes.
