Your mission as the Global Sales Manager for Spices & Herbs is to elevate current sales to new heights. After three years of analyzing side-streams and developing ingredients, we are now poised for significant growth in this product category. This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand sales without limits.

Daily responsibilities include:

  1. Applying your B2B sales expertise to understand the value chain and sell the appropriate ingredients to the right clients;
  2. Mapping and prospecting new clients, countries, and regions;
  3. Utilizing internal knowledge and support to provide top-tier service to clients;
  4. Achieving ambitious sales targets with unlimited incentives;
  5. Monitoring and enhancing portfolio profitability.

You will need to build a robust sales pipeline and manage key accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The potential is vast, and we are just beginning to explore it.

The team around you

You will join the Sales team with direct access to a category expert who will provide necessary knowledge and guidance. Collaborating with sourcing, quality, product development, logistics, and finance teams will be essential for success.

Skills needed

Adaptability to a startup environment is crucial. The pace is fast, and your agility will help you thrive. We focus on continuous improvement, business growth, and sustainability in the food industry.

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B ingredients sales;
  • A technical background in food, preferably agro-engineering;
  • Familiarity with the Spices & Herbs category is highly advantageous;
  • Proactive with the ability to anticipate quality and specification constraints;
  • Enjoy prospecting and building new client relationships;
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with a solution-oriented approach;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
