A market leader in network video looks to focusonSE Europe(Albania, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia). The first thing on the agenda is to put a man or woman on the ground that can be our sales representative in the region. You will be responsible for developing the business in a long term and sustainable way, ensuring success withlong term and loyal partners.

The major focus and responsibility is to build up and support distributors and partners. Development of distributors,training, evaluation, partner recruitment. You will be the main contact for all business and have a broad responsibility when it comes to handling different business requests. You will be responsible for all accounts and sales within the region.

You must have adeep knowledge and vastexperienceworking with distributors. Contacts and networks throughout the region.Solid technical background, experience with working withIP CCTV.

Must be fluent in English and Croatian both verbal and written. This is a position based in Zagreb.
